Every term on this site, said plainly first and exactly underneath. The exact wording is the same text the tooltips use, so nothing here can drift away from the interface.

Order

A standing request to buy something. You say what you want, how many, and what you pay for each — then wait for another player to sell into it.

ROI

How hard your money works: profit divided by what you put in. It says nothing about how big the trade is.

Profit / craft

What one single craft earns. Good for understanding the recipe, useless for judging how big the opportunity is.

Executable profit

How much this trade can actually make right now, given how few items are really on offer at the good prices. Not the best price multiplied out.

ExampleThe top order pays $500 but only for 1,000 units. The next 20,000 pay $490. The real total walks down that list instead of pretending $500 goes on forever.

Capital

What the whole run would cost up front. It is not a minimum — you can do a smaller run, and the planner will cost that out for you.

Confidence

How much evidence stands behind the profit figure — how deep the order book is, how steady the price has been, how fresh the reading is. It is not a probability, and it never changes the money.

Top standing order

The best price anyone is currently offering to buy this at. If you already hold the item, that is roughly what you get per unit.

Price to take #1

What you would have to offer to reach the front of the queue, so sellers come to you first. Today that is one dollar above the best current order.

Standing demand

How many units people want to buy in total, across every price. A huge number can still mislead if nearly all of it sits at prices nobody would sell at.

How many different prices currently have orders behind them. One level is a single buyer; several tell you more about what the market really looks like.
